Daryl started his career as a member of a boyband known as Voices of 5 around 2013. After it disbanded he went on his solo singing career and eventually got noticed after joining The Voice Of The Philippines season 2.
After the competition he started singing regularly for the Sunday noontime show ASAP and became a recording artist for Star Music doing singles for teleseryes like his popular cover of Carol Banawa’s “Stay” for the “On The Wings Of Love” series. Daryl also made a mark by being tapped by a popular Korean songwriter to do a revival of his 2 famous Korean songs. He is currently set to write a song for ABS-CBN’s forthcoming series “The Broken Marriage Vow.” He also recently won the Grand Prize in the first season of the reality singing competition “Masked Singer Philippines.”
Aside from television guestings, Daryl is very active maintaining his 1.3 million subscribed YouTube channel Daryl Ong Official.
